Groupe créé en 2002 par Tia, jeune chanteuse guitariste originaire de Clermont-Ferrand, aujourd'hui installée dans le Nord de la France, Tia & the Patient Wolves est un adepte du Chicago blues. On dit de Tia qu'elle allie feeling, inspirée des bluesmen noirs américains, et la grâce d'une jeune femme française. Son jeu est un subtil mélange de rythme lowdown et de sensualité. Elle joue sa guitare aux doigts, lui conférant une attaque très particulière mariée à un son saturé. A chaque prestation, Tia suscite l’enthousiasme. Spectateurs et acteurs de cette musique sont touchés par sa fougue animée par sa passion du Blues.
Elle a d’ailleurs remporté le 3ème prix d’un tremplin international Blues.
Le groupe, avec plus de 300 concerts à leur actif, a participé à de nombreux festivals tels que : Cognac Blues Passions (France), Kwadendamme Blues Festival (Pays-Bas), Seven Nights to the Blues (France), Cahors Blues (France), Rawa Blues (Pologne)... Ils sont actuellement en train d'enregistrer leur 2nd album.

It is said that Tia combines feeling, inspired by black American bluesmen, and the grace of a young French woman. Her playing is a subtle blend of rhythm and sensuality lowdown. She plays her guitar in hand, giving it a very special attack married to a popping sound. At each performance, Tia generates excitement. Spectators and players of this music are touched by her spirit animated by her passion for the Blues.
Moreover, she won the 3rd prize of an international springboard Blues.
